It takes about 7-14 business days for any orders to be packed and shipped out (Shipping time depends on the speed of the delivery service). This is a one-woman show, so I would greatly appreciate your patience!

All orders will be shipped specifically through United States Postal service, so additional fees may occur if shipping overseas (not within the US territories).

Tracking shipping is not available as well (gotta keep the shipping cheap!)

It has been brought to my attention that sometimes the download process for my brush packs can be tricky for some. So if you are struggling to get it downloaded on your device you can follow these steps down below to get access to your paid brush pack!

 Follow these steps!

1) Click on the “INSERTNAME.brushset .zip” file 

2) You should see a copy of the brush set appear, click on it. 

3) Once you enter that file it should have the name and the data size, click on the top right corners export button and press “Save to Files” and delete the “copy” portion of the file name. (You should be just left with “INSERTNAME.brushset” 

4) A new file should appear in your downloads with that previous name:

“INSERTNAME.brushset” and now with a Procreate image on it. Click on it!

Then voilà! You should have your brushset!
